Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Mamajuana Punta Umbria is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and hereby informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

How long will we keep your personal data?

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

During events organised by the DATA CONTROLLER, photographs and/or videos may be taken for promotional purposes for publication on social media, the website or other communication channels.

By purchasing a ticket, the USER confirms that they have been informed of the possible recording of images during the event.

What are your rights?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or on download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to deal with their enquiry, whilst the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify the DATA CONTROLLER of any changes to such data. The CONTROLLER hereby informs you that all data requested via the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. Should not all the data be provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and is clearly adhering to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby such data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
